- B) Delivery
1) When the equipment prior to shipment, we will inform you about the delivery time, transport time, so that you can fully grasp the arrival time.
- C) Installation and commissioning(Suit for Machine line customer)
1) After the equipment is installed, we immediately unit commissioning, commissioning work is from our company technical personnel who has experienced during debugging, welcome to your technical staff involved in learning.
2) After completion of commissioning, we will provide the complete operation and use of training courses to users and staff, and trouble shooting approach guidance when problems arise, the staff timely troubleshooting, in order to reduce losses.
3) Will provide the operation video and operation manual for all equipments.
4) Customer provide air ticket from China to his country and make the arrangement for hotel and foods during the installation period for technician.
- D) The warranty
When the goods reach to you in one year, all caused by the failure due to manufacturing defects, our company responsible for repair. Vulnerability consumable parts, daily use accessories, human error, negligent maintenance, and do not follow the original manual implementation of operational errors, are outside the scope of quality assurance.
